1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, insurance, accounting, marketing or related fields.

2. 2 to 5 years of experience in automotive finance or insurance business, with dealer service experience preferred.

3. Familiar with automotive finance, loan and insurance products and processes.

4. Possess excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills.

5. Fluent in English, African and Zulu, with good written and oral expression abilities.

6. Detail-oriented, responsible and able to handle certain work pressure.

1. Provide financial, loan and insurance solutions for dealers to assist them in selling new and used cars.

2. Promote the company's automotive financial products (such as loans, installment payments, and financial leasing) and insurance products (auto insurance, extended warranties, and additional services).

3. Assist dealers in connecting with financial institutions and insurance companies to ensure smooth business execution.

4. Evaluate the financial needs of dealers and customers and provide personalized financial and insurance solutions.

5. Track the sales contract, loan approval and insurance claim processes to ensure business compliance and timely execution.

6. Collect market information and dealer feedback to provide suggestions for improving financial products and insurance services.

7. Regularly report to management on dealer service conditions, sales data and business opportunities.
