Job Description
What you'll be doing (and loving):
- Steering financial strategy, planning & management like a pro
- Keeping budgets tight, costs lean and forecasts razor-sharp
- Taking charge of cashflow, project finance & costing - construction waits for no one!
- Driving investor funding and JV opportunities
- Delivering impactful financial reporting, analysis & compliance
- Managing risk, contracts & commercial oversight
- Acting as the trusted financial advisor to the business, shareholders & board
- A finance all-rounder with 8+ years in a full-function finance leadership role
- Syspro experience is non-negotiable
- Strong people management skills
- A strategic communicator with social savvy, you'll be engaging with everyone from site staff to the boardroom
You'll be more than just the numbers person, you'll be a key decision-maker, business partner and builder of growth in a company that's shaping skylines and communities.
