Job Summary Minimum requirements:

CA(SA) qualification - essential.
Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting (or related field).
8-10 years' progressive experience in financial management, including 5+ years at a senior or executive level.
Healthcare sector experience - would be highly beneficial.
Proven experience in strategic planning, compliance, and risk management.
Strong leadership, integrity, and communication skills.

Duties will include but is not limited to:

Provide strategic financial leadership as part of the Executive Committee (EXCO).
Lead financial planning, reporting, and budgeting processes.
Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, debtors/creditors, and cash flow management.
Ensure compliance with healthcare, corporate, tax, and audit requirements.
Drive cost management and efficiency without compromising quality of care.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
Advise the CEO and Board on financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
