Duties & Responsibilities
Deliver timely and accurate financial and operational reports, including monthly Flash reports and variance analysis.
Oversee working capital management, including debtor collections and supplier payments.
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with Regional Directors.
Drive system and process improvements, particularly within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
Support audits and ensure compliance with Tsebo's governance standards.
Engage with cross-functional teams to support new site mobilization and financial planning.
Maintain accurate tender tracking and ensure audit-ready documentation.

Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial compliance.
Effective stakeholder engagement and leadership.
High attention to detail and ability to deliver under pressure.
Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
Completed or currently pursuing CIMA, CA(SA), or an equivalent professional designation (advantageous)
Minimum 5 years' experience in financial management or controlling
Background in audit, assurance, or management accounting within service-oriented sectors
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (preferably D365 or AX)
