What Youll Be Responsible For:
Costing Excellence
- Lead full plant costing across all SA sites BOMs, cost buckets, landed cost calculations
- Run deep-dive margin and variance analysis
- Drive clarity around purchase price variances and ensure financial accuracy from the ground up
- Oversee APDP & EUR 1 submissions
- Finance lead for CI projects in the WAVE system
- Review and verify initiative calculations and savings
- Track actual vs. planned cost-saving benefits
- Actively identify areas to reduce cost or improve process
- Own compliance to Global Control Framework (GCF), Delegation of Authority, and all finance policies
- Submit monthly control checks
- Maintain and update the business risk register
- Manage CAPEX reporting and tracking across multiple projects
- Prepare business cases with robust ROI and cashflow planning
- Perform fixed asset verification, useful life assessments, and impairment reviews
- Support tooling asset management and ongoing verification
- BCom Accounting + CIMA (required)
- 10+ years in financial control within manufacturing
- At least 3 years in a senior or leadership role
- Bonus: automotive experience
