  • Lead Financial Management: Oversee all financial operations, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance across the property portfolio.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Deliver timely monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, providing clear insight into asset performance and profitability.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cashflow models to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
  • Financial Controls: Maintain robust internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership, property managers, and external stakeholders (banks, auditors, investors) to drive financial efficiency.
  • Project Accounting: Monitor project costs, funding, and returns across developments and investments, ensuring projects remain on budget and on schedule.
  • Tax & Compliance: Oversee tax planning, VAT returns, and compliance with accounting standards and statutory obligations.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop the finance team, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline financial systems, reporting, and automation.
  • Strategic Input: Support the executive team with financial insights and scenario modelling to guide growth and acquisition decisions.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
  • com degree Accounting
  • CIMA in Progress-Strategic Level
  • 9 years relevant Property experience
  • MDA
