As the Senior Finance Manager at the telecommunications company, you will play a crucial role in steering financial strategies and optimizing financial performance within the rapidly evolving telecommunications sector. Your duties will include:

Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports for multiple property entities
Manage general ledger reconciliations, journals, and accruals
Ensure timely and accurate billing, rental income recognition, and recoveries
Monitor cash flow, forecast budgets, and manage financial controls
Oversee compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and statutory reporting
Liaise with auditors, property managers, and external stakeholders
Maintain fixed asset registers and support asset valuations
Assist in financial modelling and performance analysis for new developments or acquisitions
Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements (e.g. ERP or property management systems)
