Oversee full financial function across property portfolios
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
Prepare and present financial reports to executives
Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax, and audit requirements
Drive cost control, profitability, and financial strategy
Liaise with asset managers and operations teams
Improve systems, controls, and financial processes
Lead and mentor finance team members
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- CIMA In Progress- Strategic Level
- Com degree in accounting
- 4 years relevant Property experience
