We're recruiting on behalf of a dynamic and growing company in the media sector that is looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join their finance team. While the company remains grounded in strong business fundamentals, they are constantly evolving to meet market demands. You will be a key member of the leadership team, overseeing the full financial function and playing a strategic role in supporting decision-making. This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys combining operational oversight with strategic input in a dynamic business environment.
Duties include (not limited to)
- Lead and manage the day-to-day finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
- Drive improvements in financial systems, controls, and processes
- Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights that support strategic planning
- Monitor cash flow, manage risk, and oversee internal audits
- Completed BCom degree in a related field
- 3+ years' experience within a similar position
- Accpac system experience beneficial
