• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage cost accounting, inventory controls, and product costing to drive efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.
• Lead and mentor finance teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Support strategic decision-making by providing financial insights and scenario analysis.
• Liaise with Auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies to maintain strong financial governance.
• Implement and enhance ERP systems and financial controls across the business.
• This role reports to the Head of Finance.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• BCom Degree in accounting
• CIMA in progress - Strategic level
• 7 years relevant Manufacturing experience
