- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end processes
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure cost control and accurate product costing in the production environment
- Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Liaise with Auditors, tax authorities, and other external stakeholders
- Collaborate with operations and production teams to provide financial insight and improve efficiencies
- Assist with streamlining and automating financial processes
- BCom in Accounting or Finance
- Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles
- Minimum 3 years commercial experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Strong Excel skills: ERP experience is advantageous
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Proactive and able to work independently
