My client is a leader within the global transport and logistics sector and is looking for a Financial Controller that can add value to their finance team. The main responsibility of the Financial Controller is to assist the Manager and Financial Analyst by analyzing and reporting revenue figures within the division. This role involves identifying control risks and establishing measures to prevent losses, ensuring thorough and precise billing processes.As a Financial Controller you will responsible for the following:

• Monitor revenue dashboards daily and distribute reports to pertinent stakeholders.
• Assist the Manager in compiling forecasts and budget documents.
• Resolve outstanding Work in Progress (WIP) issues with branch offices and ensure their resolution.
• Analyze revenue data to offer insights into variations from budget and previous periods.
• Produce reports on Revenue Trend Analysis.
• Oversee the closure of the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Align billing systems (TMS) with the financial system (SAP) through reconciliation.
• Prepare accounting revenue journals.
• Collaborate with business units to optimize net working capital through punctual billing.
• Regularly validate customer rates for precision.
• Generate reports on client volume.
• Participate in routine audits of revenue.
• Report internal revenue allocations to branches.
• Generate profitability reports for evaluating business performance.
• Prepare Client Return on Invested Capital (ROIC) and monitor client performance metrics.
• Assist in compiling reports on sales commissions.
• Provide assistance to external auditors regarding revenue-related inquiries.
• Undertake miscellaneous tasks as required.

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Completed Bcom Accounting
5 years experience
Experience in SAP would be beneficial
Logistic industry would be beneficial
Excellent attention to detail
