Job Description
Are you a seasoned financial leader with a passion for precision and expertise in financial control? My client is seeking a dynamic and accomplished Head of Financial Control to join their esteemed team. This is a leader in the FMCG sector that has been in existence for over 50 years.
Duties:
- Monthly and year end closing
- Reporting including consolidation of results
- Liaise with in country heads of finance to ensure timely delivery of reporting package with high level of accuracy
- Lead continuous improvement of reporting capabilities to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Drive implementation of control and compliance with internal and external policies and rules.
- CA(SA)
- 7 -10 years experience in a similar role
- Recent manufacturing or FMCG experience is essential
- Experience with liaising with various countries is essential
