Job Description
Job Summary Our client, a leading property group with a track record of excellence spanning more than three decades, is seeking a Financial Controller to join their finance team.
Duties:
- Manage the full financial function, including monthly reporting, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Oversee balance sheet integrity and maintain strong internal controls.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Support year-end audit processes and liaise with external auditors.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
- CA(SA) qualification (newly qualified).
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting.
- Exposure to the property or real estate sector will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
