Our client, a large agri group / concern, with it HO based in Hankey (Eastern Cape); is currently looking to employ an experienced Financial / Business Manager.

Requirements:
- Financial Qualification xe2x80x93 CA(SA) advantageous.
- 5-10 yearxe2x80x99s work experience.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to manage projects effectively and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Prepare monthly management and all other reports required by Directors.
- Liaise and manage relationship with bankers, insurers, exporters.
- Prepare and analyze cashflow and funding of the business.
- Work with directors on various projects identified.
- Prepare budgets and forecast for projects identified and measure viability.
- Analyse and report annual harvesting reports.
- Analyse and report annual costs relating to fertilizer and chemical programs.
- Keep track of capital projects progress, funding and spend versus budget.
- Identify potential risks and non-profitable produce through profitability analysis.
- Assist Directors in the overall strategic management of the business.
- Measure business growth progress against projections.
- Evaluate investment opportunities, conduct financial due. diligence, and provide recommendations.
