Job Title: Financial Assistant (Call Center & Engineering Support)

The Financial Assistant will provide financial, administrative, and reporting support within a fast-paced call center environment, while also assisting with financial tracking and cost control related to engineering and technical operations. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with finance, call center teams, and engineering departments.
Assist with daily financial operations including data capturing, reconciliations, and record keeping
Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
Monitor petty cash and operational expenses
Assist with payroll support, commission calculations, and overtime tracking
Support month-end and year-end financial reporting
Maintain accurate financial documentation and filing systems
Call Center Financial Support
Track agent commissions, incentives, and performance-related payouts
Monitor call center operational costs (staffing, utilities, systems, airtime, software)
Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for call center management
Assist with budgeting and cost-control initiatives
Liaise with team leaders and HR regarding attendance, timekeeping, and pay-related queries
Engineering / Technical Financial Support
Track engineering project costs, materials, and supplier invoices
Assist with budgeting and cost analysis for engineering and technical projects
Maintain records of assets, equipment, and maintenance costs
Support procurement processes for engineering tools, parts, and services
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate cost allocation and reporting
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years' experience in a finance/admin role (call center experience advantageous)
Basic understanding of engineering or technical environments is an advantage
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, spreadsheets, reporting)
Experience with accounting or payroll systems is an advantage
Excellent numerical, organizational, and analytical skills
