Financial Analysis of Potential Projects presented to the lending Division.
Developing and keeping up to date financial models to assess loan applications.
Set annual cost benchmarks for all products offered in the division
Set cost and profitability benchmarks for various products offered in the division
Collate and maintain cost data for all products in the division
Analyse property development estimates, feasibility studies and bills of quantities
Guide on value engineering exercises for construction cost management
Structure property finance transactions utilising various instruments
Liaise with the relevant internal stakeholders in structuring appropriate instruments
Liaise with co-funders to structure appropriate and feasible financing structures
Analyse the economical and related factors in the construction field as it relates to the project financial impact of
the organisation
Analysing and assessing Project Costing and Cash flows for viability in line with set standards and guidelines.
Construction Process Monitoring & Oversight of the Disbursement
Maintain standards and procedures for disbursement process and continuously improve processes.
Identify potential project risks in terms of time, costs and quality and communicate to stakeholders timeously
