Professional Requirements:

RE 5
Bachelor''s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (for recent graduates).
Minimum 3 years of experience in financial advisory services with proven track record of success in insurance sales and client relationship management; Strong understanding of insurance products and industry regulations
2 years remaining to get full FAIS qualification if not already compliant
Must have experience selling risk products at least 70%, OR must have been on the short-term side, which needs at least 50% personal lines and 50% Commercial.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
