About Us:

With a strong commitment to excellence and client satisfaction, we are expanding our team and seeking an experienced, FAIS-accredited Financial Advisor to join us.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven FAIS-accredited Financial Advisor with preferably an existing client book and a proven track record in financial planning, investment advisory, and client retention. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, compliance expertise, and the ability to grow and manage a high-value client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide holistic financial advice (risk, investments, retirement, estate planning, private equity, etc.) in compliance with FAIS regulations.

- Develop and manage a new client book while managing own existing client base.

- Conduct financial needs analyses and develop customized solutions.

- Offer solutions and conclude financial product sales on a regular basis

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, legislation, and market trends.

-Understand how to promote and market himself on social media and generate leads.

- Ensure adherence to FSCA compliance and company policies.

- Build long-term client relationships through trust and exceptional service.

Requirements:

- FAIS accreditation (RE5) and relevant qualifications (e.g., NQF5+ in Financial Planning) or in the process of obtaining.

- Proven track record with verifiable client assets under management (AUM) or risk book.

- Existing client book with transferable assets (preferred).

- Strong knowledge of risk and investment products, pensions, and insurance.

-Clean credit and criminal records.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- FSCA compliance record in good standing.

Advantageous:

- CFP or similar certification.

- Experience with high-net-worth clients.

- Familiarity with Linked Investment Service Providers (LISPs) and Private Equity.
