The Specialist: Travel & Administration is responsible for responsible for ensuring travel budgets administration for employees according to the organization''s policies and enforcing adherence to set guidelines. The incumbent plays an important role in ensuring that employees can travel and attend events seamlessly, while also managing expenses and complying with company policies, direct, administer, and monitor the travel policies, guidelines, and budgets.
Education: - 3-year Bachelors Degree in Finance and Accounting - Certification in travel or hospitality may be advantageous
Experience: - 2 - 3 years of experience in managing travel process / reimbursements across any industry
