Job Description


This concern is looking for a result driven individual to join their young dynamic finance department as a Financial Administrator. The suitable candidate will need to alert, proactive in their approach and must be client and support service focused.
This role is suitable for a tenacious professional that has a strong ability to pay attention to detail and super organisational skills.
The key responsibilities for this role will include:

  • Perform checks/reviews on customer invoicing according to an internally agreed timeplan
  • Compile the monthly audit evidence report (Excellence Charter audits)
  • Maintain the client rates on CargoWise One
  • Assist with Financial reports as and when needed
  • Assist as a back up to finance staff that are on leave /have left as and when needed
The requirements:
Qualification:
  • Completed Bachelor's degree in Auditing, Accounting or similar
  • Completed Articles
Experience:
  • 2 years accounting experience within logistics/transport
  • Knowledge of Financial Accounting system, financial reports, banking software
  • Strong accounting knowledge
Skills Required:
  • General business and property management acumen
  • CargoWise knowledge (advantageous)
