Financial Administrator position available in Somerset West.
Minimum Requirements:
Well presentable and professional female
Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Full proficiency in both - Afr & Eng client base)
Strong recent financial / bookkeeping experience a must
Experience in trusts advisory / legal industry advantageous
Computer literate in MS Office, with good MS Excel skills, and Sage
Must be able to perform under pressure
Strong administration skills important
Stable employment record and contactable references
Residing in / near Somerset West (within daily commuting distance)
To start as soon as possible
Duties and Responsibilities:
Financial administration duties for Trust Advisory company
Manage debit orders on Netcash
Debt Collection and manage Debtors
Allocation of payments received
Invoicing on Sage
Loading of payments
Calculation of commissions
Petty cash control
General administrative duties
