Job Summary FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATOR Brooklyn, Pretoria Salary: Market Related Industry: Legal Start Date: ASAP / January 2026 Our client, a respected legal firm, is seeking an experienced Financial Administrator with strong debit and credit skills to oversee financial records, statements, and invoices. Experience with Legal Suite or similar legal accounting software is essential. Accuracy, attention to detail, and professionalism are critical. Fluency in Afrikaans and English is a necessity. Key Responsibilities *Process debits and credits accurately and on time *Prepare, reconcile, and maintain client and firm statements *Capture and manage invoices, receipts, and payments *Assist with monthly reconciliations and financial reporting *Maintain accurate records in Legal Suite or similar system *Follow up on outstanding payments and manage debtor/creditor queries *Support attorneys and management with financial queries *Assist with trust account or business account processes if required *Ensure compliance with financial and legal regulatory standards Requirements -Matric (Accounting/Finance certificate or diploma advantageous) -3-5 years' financial administration experience in a legal environment -Fluency in Afrikaans and English is essential -Knowledge of debits, credits, and reconciliations -Experience with Legal Suite or similar software essential -Strong numeracy, accuracy, and attention to detail CV and a cover photograph (head and shoulders)
