Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage purchase orders across departments.
  • Reconcile supplier accounts, fuel cards, and credit cards monthly.
  • Handle debtors and creditors queries.
  • Submit and manage insurance claims and liaise with the insurer.
  • Assist with implementing finance procedures and record-keeping.
Essential Requirements:
  • Matric / Grade 12 plus a related certificate in Finance, Accounting, or Administration.
  • 13 years experience in a similar role (e.g., Accounts Clerk or Finance Admin Assistant).
  • Basic understanding of financial principles, creditors, and procurement.
  • Good communication and attention to detail.
  • Drivers license.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Administration.
  • 35 years experience in finance administration.
  • Problem-solving ability and presentation skills.
