Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping & Accounting: Maintain financial records, process transactions, and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Assist with the financial aspects of bid submissions and documentation.
  • Oversee invoicing, payment tracking, and project financial administration.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and assist with audit preparation.
  • Manage cash flow, expense tracking, and financial documentation.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • A Diploma in Accounting or Bookkeeping.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
  • Industry background is open, though exposure to engineering, construction, or consulting will be an advantage.
  • Strong computer literacy and familiarity with financial software.
  • Independent worker capable of managing tasks remotely, as the majority of the team is based in Johannesburg.
