We are looking for an experienced Financial Administrator to provide support to the financial department by managing daily tasks.
Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
Maintain financial records and ensure all financial data is accurate and up to date
Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts
Monitor company expenses and handle petty cash
Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve invoice or payment issues
Assist with payroll processing (if required)
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Support internal and external audits
Drafting and issuing employee contracts and keeping track of leave reports
Adhoc and Administrative duties
Experience and qualification:
Diploma in Accounting or related field.
1 - 3 years experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
Experience with bookkeeping and account reconciliations.
Required skills and competencies:
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft excel and accounting software (e.g. Sage, QuickBooks, Xero)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
