PermanentPlease note if you are an internal employee on a fixed term contract please apply using an external candidate profile and not your employee profileMAIN PURPOSE OF JOBTo manage the financial department and all related processes to ensure effective management of hospital revenue and expenses and oversee the quality of outcomes of the different supportive services departments.KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREASFinancial managementOperational procurement and stock managementAsset managementContract and supportive services managementRisk managementLead and manage the people in the teamREQUIRED EDUCATIONESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Degree or equivalent qualification within financial, business, or accounting.DESIRED EDUCATION: Accountant or Chartered Accountant.REQUIRED EXPERIENCEESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE 5 years financial experience. 3-5 years' experience in a managerial or supervisory position.DESIRED EXPERIENCE: 5 years financial administration manager experience within the hospital/healthcare industry.REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Financial risk management
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
• Cost Control (including petty cash; etc.)
• Contract and service level agreement (SLA) management
• Project Management
• Relevant statutory and legislative guidelines and requirements
• Financial management (financial statement interpretation; budgeting and financial planning; Return on Investment; etc.)
• SAP
