Job Description

Our client is looking for suitable candidates in Danielskuil and Kakamas
The candidate would be responsible for all activities associated with that of Back Office including financial administration
Duties:

  • Daily banking,
  • Petty cash,
  • Fuel reconciliation,
  • Capturing of GRVs ,
  • Handling of orders,
  • Verification of overtime / hours ,
  • Communication of overtime / hours to payroll ,
  • Answering of telephone ,
  • Relief on point of sale (if required) ,
  • Ad hoc functions relating to the above
Requirements:
  • Gr.12 qualification.
  • Computer literacy, - MS Office, Sage 300 and Sage People
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independent.
  • Previous retail experience will enhance your application.
