Job Description
Position title : FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATOR xe2x80x93 COMMERCIAL
Position reports to : FINANCE MANAGER
Business Unit : FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
Main purpose / objective of the position:
To do internal cost recoveries from clients for products and services provided.
To compile invoices for debtors, debtorsxe2x80x99 control, debtors age analysis and reconciliation.
To perform necessary financial controls.
To assist the Financial Manager with the budgeting and reporting function
To perform certain lease management duties
Decision making authority:
This position has the authority to:
- Has the authority to execute all Key Performance Areas as stated on this form and in line with the Company approval framework and client policies and procedures.
- Grade 12
- Appropriate financial qualification
- Previous experience in a financial environment
- Customer Service experience
- High degree of computer literacy (MS Office, MS Outlook, Financial & MI systems, electronic banking)
- Knowledge of General Ledger systems (SAP)
- Electronic banking
- Lease Management
- Knowledge of accounting and financial principles
- Knowledge of the client structure (cost centres and companies)
- Variance Analysis (would be an advantage)
- Knowledge of authority levels
- Business Administration Skills
- Customer Service Skills (bilingual)
- Communication, Methodical, Customer & Quality Focus, Drive and Productivity, Teamwork and co-operation
- Work orders , Financial Control, Client Relations
Internal: Various on-site departments / functions
External: Client, Service providers
