Financial Accountant
Duties:
Complete accounting function
Preparation for monthly management reporting
Monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations
Management of costs, budgets, creditors and debtors
Bank reconciliations
Reconciliation of creditors
Accountability and reconciliation of intercompany transactions, debtors and creditors
Reconciliation of intercompany loans and monthly interest
Daily cash flow planning
Update of asset register as well as insurance
Complete and submit returns to Receiver of Revenue: o VAT
the LBS/UIF/SDL
o Provisional tax
o IRP5 reconciliation
Other financial ad hoc duties
Essential pre-requisites
Min 5 years accountant experience is essential.
Accounting degree or diploma
Knowledge of inter company transfers is an advantage
Fluency in Afrikaans is essential to liaise with clients and to conduct work content in Afrikaans
