?Key Responsibilities:
- Own the month-end process like a pro - ensuring accuracy and speed
- Prepare and analyse Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Assist with the Annual Financial Statements (AFS) preparation and audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline finance processes
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and insightful financial reporting
?Job Experience and Skills Required: ? Education:
- Minimum: BCom Degree in Accounting/Finance
? Experience:
- 3-5 years in a Finance/Accounting role
- FMCG experience preferred, but not a deal-breaker for the right skillset
?? Skills:
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and relevant accounting packages
- Experience with month-end processes, AFS prep, and balance sheet recons
- Attention to detail, deadline-driven, and eager to take ownership
?Must-Have:
- South African work authorisation
- Willingness to relocate or based in/near Springbok
