POSITION INFO:
A reputable and established transport company is looking for a Financial Accountant to join their team at their Phuthaditjhaba branch.
Key Responsibilities:
Compile monthly management accounts and financial reports
Reconcile banks, creditors, debtors, and private hire accounts
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and manage the asset register
Monitor cash flow and budgets
Prepare year-end financial reports for audits and shareholders
Ensure compliance with statutory bodies
Manage and accident-related administration
Oversee stock control, diesel tracking, and ticket machine processes
Balance revenue collection and perform payroll oversight
Minimum Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in
Proficient in Excel, Sage Evolution, and Pastel Payroll
Strong leadership and reporting skills
Ability to manage a diverse team and multi-functional responsibilities
Remuneration Package:
R40 000 + R5 000 Travel Allowance + 10% Provident Fund + 13th Cheque
