Operating at the forefront of retail property development and management within South Africa, this entity is in pursuit of engaging with elite professionals to fortify and elevate its fiscal reputation.
The prospective applicant is expected to be adept at generating financial documentation, including but not limited to cash flow analyses, profit and loss accounts, and balance sheets. A proficiency in carrying out comprehensive reconciliations, overseeing complete cashbook and payables management, alongside a familiarity with Key Performance Indicator (KPI) analytics and the assembly of executive financial reports, is essential.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- A minimum of 5 years in an accounting role
- Profound understanding of MDA/MRI Property Management Software
- Clean credit record and commendable references
