- Manage VAT submissions, tax calculations, and compliance
- Handle the full financial function (FFF) including reconciliations and journals
- Liaise with auditors, stakeholders, and property managers to support accurate reporting
- BCom Accounting degree, completed SAICA or SAIPA Articles
- Minimum 3-5 years experience post-articles
- Property industry experience is essential
- Strong knowledge of VAT, Tax, and full finance function
- Experience with MDA software is highly beneficial
