Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and reports
• Manage VAT submissions, tax calculations, and compliance
• Handle the full financial function (FFF) including reconciliations and journals
• Liaise with auditors, stakeholders, and property managers to support accurate reporting

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• BCom Accounting degree, completed SAICA or SAIPA Articles
• Minimum 3-5 years experience post-articles
• Property industry experience is essential
• Strong knowledge of VAT, Tax, and full finance function
• Experience with MDA software is highly beneficial
