Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and reports
• Manage VAT submissions, tax calculations, and compliance
• Handle the full financial function, including reconciliations and journals
• Liaise with Auditors, stakeholders, and Property Managers to support accurate reporting

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• BCom Accounting Degree, with completed SAICA or SAIPA articles
• Minimum 3-5 years post-articles experience
• Property industry experience is essential
• Strong knowledge of VAT, tax, and the full finance function
• Experience with MDA software is highly beneficial
