Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Prepare financial statements and management reports for property portfolios
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections
- Manage rental income, service charges, and operational expenses
- Ensure compliance with VAT, income tax, and other statutory requirements
- Maintain and reconcile lease agreements for accurate revenue recognition
- Coordinate internal and external audits for financial compliance
- BCom in Finance
- SAIPA or SAICA articles
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Experience in Property
