Are you a talented Financial Accountant looking to make a significant impact in the healthcare industry? We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual to join this team as a Financial Accountant at a leading healthcare company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide valuable insights to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Handle financial reporting and present findings to senior management.
- Monitor financial transactions, reconciliations, and cash flow management.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and audits.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCom) with a major in Accounting or Finance.
- Completed articles with a recognized accounting firm.
- Minimum of 2 years of post articles experience in the healthcare or related services industry.
- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with SAP software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and ethical standards.
