Our client is a leading Pharmaceutical company, renowned for driving medical innovation and improving patient outcomes. They are seeking a skilled Financial Accountant to manage high-impact reporting, reconciliations, and compliance in a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare full Annual Financial Statements (AFS)
- Compile audit packs and liaise with external auditors
- Report to external stakeholders
- Maintain fixed assets register and manage asset accounting
- VAT calculation, submission, and reconciliations
- Assist with or prepare budgets and forecasts independently
- Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, D365, S4/Hana)
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
Qualifications:
- BCom Accounting
- Completed SAICA
- Minimum 3 years post-articles commercial experience (essential)
