Prepare, review, and analyze accurate, compliant financial statements for multiple property entities
Manage monthly reporting, reconciliations, and trial balance to final accounts
Handle budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support portfolio performance
Ensure compliance with IFRS, property legislation, tax regulations, and internal controls
Liaise with auditors, banks, and stakeholders, and assist with the audit process
Support property acquisitions, developments, and asset management with financial insights
Maintain fixed asset registers and ensure timely tax submissions
Skills & Requirements:
BCom
3-5 years' accounting experience, preferably in the property or real estate sector
Strong knowledge of property accounting, IFRS, compliance, and corporate governance
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MRI, SAP, QuickBooks)
Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure
