Are you a meticulous accountant with solid audit training and post-article experience in the commercial sector? A thriving manufacturing business in Germiston is seeking a Financial Accountant to support the Financial Manager in overseeing full-function accounting within a fast-paced finance team.
A well-established and respected business operating in a high-performance production environment is seeking a Financial Accountant who's ready to take ownership of full-function accounting and operational finance. The role offers hands-on exposure to systems, reporting, and controls. Ideal for professionals looking to sharpen their edge in a fast-paced and detail-focused setting.
You'll be part of a finance team that values precision, proactive problem-solving, and accountability.
- Daily journal entries and reconciliations
- Compiling financials up to balance sheet
- VAT, EMP201 submissions, and foreign currency transactions
- Assisting external auditors during interim and final audits
- BCom in Financial Management or similar
- Completed SAICA/SAIPA articles (medium-sized firm preferred)
- 2-3 years post-article accounting experience
