Manage the full accounting function across multiple properties
Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow forecasts, and budgets
Oversee rental income, recoveries, and operating expenses
Reconcile tenant accounts and liaise with property managers
Ensure compliance with SARS, VAT, and other statutory requirements
Manage fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
Support audit processes and year-end financials
Skills & Requirements:
BCom in Accounting or Finance
3-5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in the property or real estate sector
Proficient in Excel and property management/accounting systems (e.g. MDA, MRI, BuildSmart, Pastel)
Strong knowledge of lease accounting and tenant billing
High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple entities and tight reporting deadlines
