Duties:
- Monthly financial reporting and analysis
- Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
- Processing invoices, journals, and accruals
- Managing property-related transactions (rental income, recoveries, etc.)
- Ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal controls
- Supporting audits and tax submissions
- Business partnering with property and asset management teams
- BCom Degree in Accounting
- MDA
- SAIPA articles
- 4 years relevant Property experience
