Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow) aligned with IFRS and industry-specific regulations.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, with a focus on accuracy, and reconciliations across multiple property portfolios.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to optimize asset management and profitability.
- Liaise with Auditors during annual audits and ensure full compliance with property finance regulations.
- BCom in Accounting, Finance, or a related qualification.
- CIMA, SAIPA, or SAICA qualification (completed or in progress) advantageous.
- 5+ years' experience in financial accounting, preferably within the property or real estate sector.
- Sound knowledge of IFRS and an analytical mindset tailored to property and asset management reporting.
