Job Summary Key Responsibilities:
- Financial reporting and reconciliations
- Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Oversee month-end and year-end close processes
- Ensure tax and VAT compliance (SARS submissions)
- Manage cash flow and prepare reports to support property operations and investments
Skills & Requirements:
- BCom Degree or Diploma in Accounting/Finance
- AGA(SA) or studying towards CIMA/SAICA articles will be advantageous
- 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the property or real estate industry
- Proficient in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
