As a Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for the full accounting function across a diverse property portfolio. This includes preparing accurate monthly financial reports, maintaining general ledger integrity, processing journals, reconciling balance sheets, and ensuring compliance with IFRS and relevant tax legislation. You will support the budgeting and forecasting processes, manage fixed asset registers, and assist with external audits. In addition, youll collaborate closely with Property Managers, asset teams, and senior finance stakeholders, to ensure financial accuracy, support operational decision-making, and drive continuous improvement in reporting and controls.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- A BCom degree in Accounting
- MDA
- 4 years of relevant property experience
