Prepare and present accurate financial reports for multiple properties
Manage property-related budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
Oversee month-end close processes, reconciliations, and reporting
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including VAT and property taxes
Monitor cash flow, rental income, and operating costs across the portfolio
Support financial reporting for lease agreements, acquisitions, and disposals
Liaise with property managers and external stakeholders on financial matters
Skills & Requirements:
BCom Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in a financial accounting role within the property or real estate sector
Strong knowledge of property-related accounting principles, including lease accounting, accruals, and recoveries
Experience with property management systems (e.g. MDA, MRI, or similar)
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines across multiple projects
