Job Description
Job Summary
Own bookkeeping, invoicing, reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, and payroll functions
Manage a junior team member and review their work
Handle intercompany loans, foreign transactions, treasury, and more
Prepare management accounts and board reports
Be a key player in audits, compliance, and secretarial work
Skills & Experience:
Be part of a dynamic team shaping clean energy across Africa
Take ownership of financial accounting across multiple countries
Work directly on projects in South Africa, Botswana, and Namibia
Lead, collaborate, and make an impact from day one
Xero proficiency is a must
Strong Excel and communication skills
Experience with intercompany loan accounts and banking
Organized, analytical, and ready to hit the ground running
Qualification:
BCom in Finance/Accounting + 2-3 years' experience
Completed articles would be advantageous
