Prepare monthly and year-end financial statements for property entities.
Handle general ledger maintenance, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
Assist with VAT calculations, tax submissions, and compliance documentation.
Maintain fixed asset registers and ensure accurate depreciation entries.
Support audit processes by preparing required schedules and documentation.
Reconcile tenant accounts and assist with billing or rental income tracking.
Skills & Requirements:
BCom in Accounting or Finance.
3-5 years' experience in a Financial Accountant role, ideally in the property or real estate sector.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax principles, and monthly reporting processes.
Experience with property management systems (e.g., MDA, MRI) is highly advantageous.
