Financial Accountant

Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and manage monthly management accounts
- Full general ledger accounting function
- Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Maintain property financial models and reports
- Manage cashflow and treasury functions
- Oversee audits and liaise with external auditors
- Ensure compliance with SARS, VAT, and tax regulations
- Work closely with asset managers and property managers
- BCom Accounting (essential), SAIPA/SAICA articles advantageous
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in property finance or real estate
- Strong Excel skills; Pastel / MDA / MRI experience advantageous
- Sound knowledge of IFRS and property-related accounting standards
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
